    It takes time to heal with grief and I believe not having to ‘‘let go’’ of grief but rather find ways to live with it. Easier said than done, and I’m passionate about supporting those trying to navigate life after loss and with grief present. After all, grief and love are two sides of the same coin.

    The world spins madly on and if there is one thing most of us have in common it’s how much we ask of ourselves. Sometimes it becomes overwhelming. I support you in identifying triggers, challenging negative thought patterns, and building resilience.

    “An ADHD brain is like having a Ferrari engine with bicycle brakes”, Dr E. Hallowell. Whether you’ve been diagnosed or suspect having ADHD, I am here to support you through the ups and downs of it all. Together we will explore how this shaped you and how you want to move forward.

  • Cultural Adjustment

    Immigration can bring about a range of emotions such as guilt, homesickness, grief, and loss of identity. I offer space for you to safely express these emotions and receive support as well as develop healthy coping tools. It’s not easy starting over in a new place.
